As a mom myself, I know I’d do just about anything to make life a little easier. I’m always looking for an activity that I feel good about and an activity that will entertain my kids. FAQ

When will my first banner arrive?

Your first box will ship on the 1st of the month following the month that you subscribe. The cut off date for each month is the 29th.

Example:

If you subscribe on March 28th - your first box would be the April banner and would ship April 1st. If you subscribe on April 2nd your first box would be the May banner and would ship on May 1st.

Can I cancel anytime?

The Color Club has a 3 month minimum. After 3 months - you may cancel anytime.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can log in to your account at the top of the website - click the icon that looks like a person. Use the same email you subscribed with to log in and create a password. If you have any problems - reach out to hello@busybanners.com

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! You purchase the subscription like normal - just be sure and enter the shipping address of the person you would like to gift to! You can cancel anytime after 3 months - so if you want to gift them a 6 month subscription, you would just go into your portal after the 6th box has shipped and cancel the subscription. As long as you have your email as the contact - the recipient will not get any info or emails - just the joy of the boxes arriving to their door!

Can I have more than one subscription?

Have more than 1 kid and want a separate banner for each of them? No problem - just add however many subscriptions you want to the cart and we will take care of it. Just to be clear - you would be receiving multiple banners with the SAME design on them.
